North River Capital, LLC (“NRC”) is an industrial-focused commercial real estate investment company, with offices in Atlanta and Charleston. Founded in 2024, NRC provides best-in-class investment services to achieve optimal risk-adjusted returns in opportunities throughout the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S.
NRC differentiates itself in the market by bridging hands-on, asset level expertise with an institutional quality investment management approach, offering a unique skillset to evaluate and execute on real estate opportunities across markets and risk profiles. NRC’s principals’ prior experience focused on managing real estate investments on behalf of private and semi-institutional investors in Europe and the U.S., and with backgrounds in brokerage and law, we possess complementary expertise to manage the complete investment cycle.

About Sam Wilmoth
Samuel T. Wilmoth is a Co-Founder and Principal of NRC. Prior to founding NRC, he was a partner in an Atlanta-based real estate investment management firm. Sam began his career as a real estate attorney with the law firm of Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP.
He obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Sam is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, and he is a member of ICSC.

About Hagood Morrison
Hagood Morrison II is a Co-Founder and Principal of NRC. His prior experience includes co-founding a market leading brokerage firm, Bridge Commercial, and development/acquisitions roles with Vornado Realty Trust and Harbert Management Corporation. Hagood is a graduate of Washington & Lee University with a degree in economics.
